 $100.00   Family Membership - Fees include $45 annual dues & initiation fee of $55
   $42.50   Junior Member - Fees include $17.50 annual dues & initiation fee of $25
   $42.50   Associate Member - Fees include $17.50 annual dues & initiation fee of $25
